Didn't receive license key

Not sure whether my order for the program went through. Downloaded it but don't have license key. Will wait to install until I get that license key and a comfort level with it. By mistake I may have ordered it using my work email address that starts with "dblum". So I'll need to be able to change that eventually. But please let me know on either my gmail address that I used for the forum or my work address whether the order was received and meanwhile I'll watch anyway.

Actually, a little nervous about buying Otrader now. From what I could find in reviews of trading software it seemed to be best midrange-price offering but a few things make me nervous.

I trade in the US on the US markets but assume that's supported. How well this forum works is very important because of the time zone difference and the lack of a phone number to call.

Still willing to try it out even though it looks like I'll have to run "register32" on a beta program for my windows 7....if it messes up my new computer I'll be very

I downloaded the program, installed it and read through all the help index to see if it might work for me. If I decide to try further I'll activate the 20 day license, probably after the July 4 holiday.

I have a question about the DDE, as of course it will be critical for the program to constantly update with current prices. Does OTrader version 4 support what I currently use - XLQ - and if so can you give me the configuration information? Would that work via DDE via an intermediate spreadsheet that I have to maintain?

There were a couple other things I was looking for that I didn't see in the help

1) currency, it looked like it assumed dollars (australian dollars) and I'm wondering if that could create a problem since I'd be putting my information in using US dollars. I didn't see a currency setting.
2) data import, I have years of trades in Excel, is there a way to import transactions from excel or through a csv delimited file?
3) adjusting position size for volatility - e.g. enter the average true range (ATR) for a share, multiple by a coefficient and subtract from the price to derive a stop and then you the distance between the stop and the price for risk and money management calculations?
