If you are experiencing problems with the OTrader website, it is likely that you have a corrupted cookie. The easiest way to clear cookies is to remove them from your web browser.

Cookies are small text files (usually less than 1K in size) that websites send to your computer's hard drive to identify you when you return to a particular website. Think of them as your 'ID' (identification) badge. Cookies are harmless and cannot affect the performance of your computer.

Without the cookie file, websites you frequent, like OTrader.com.au, will treat you as a new user each time you return.

To clear cookies, follow these steps:

Clear My Cookies in Internet Explorer?

Open Internet Explorer.
Click the Tools menu.
Click Internet Options .
The Internet Options window appears.
Click the Delete Cookies button.
The Do You Want to Delete All Cookies in the Temporary Internet Folder? window appears.
Click the OK button.
The cookies are deleted.

Clear My Cookies in Firefox?

Windows

Open Firefox
Click on the Tools menu then click on Options
Click on the Privacy image on the left
To the right, click on the Clear button beside Cookies
Click Ok.

Macintosh OS 10

Open Firefox
Click on the Firefox menu then click on Preferences.
Click on the Privacy image on the left.
To the right, click on the Clear button beside Cookies.
Click Ok .
