More Options :
All the following files are supplied by Microsoft. These are common files so you may already have them installed on you machine. Without analysing each computer individually there is no way to determine if you have already have them installed. If you're experiencing problems please download and install the appropriate files. If your are still experiencing problems then please make a support request here.
If you are a Windows 95 user there are two steps required to upgrade your system.
PLEASE NOTE: The files must be installed in the order they are listed.
If you have Windows 98 and are experiencing problems then these updates will be required.

If you are experiencing problems with installation and or problems with creating new portfolios you may require this update.
OTrader setup use a technology called Windows Installer. If your operating system is not using the same version of Windows Installer you may encounter the following error message:"This installation package cannot be installed by the Windows installer service. You must install a windows service pack that contains a newer version of the windows installer service." If you do encounter this error message you will be required to download the following updates form the Microsoft website.
If you are using Windows NT 4 then it is recommend that you have the latest service packs from Microsoft. Click here to view the latest service packs for NT4 from MicrosoftHelp on help
If you encounter problems viewing the help file try this update. Please read the information at Microsoft before downloading.
OTrader requires version 4 or higher of Internet Explorer. The latest version can be downloaded free from Microsoft
